Terms of Service Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website Flow Trade AI and AI trading platform (together, the "Service") operated by Flow Trade AI Inc. ("Flow Trade AI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility Requirements
You must be at least 18 to use our Service. By accessing the Service, you confirm you meet this age and have legal authority to accept these terms. The Service isn't available where prohibited by law.
2. Account Creation
To fully use the Service, register an account with accurate, up-to-date details. You are responsible for protecting your login information and all activities on your account. Notify us immediately at if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts breaching these terms, containing false data, or involved in misuse or fraud.
3. Service Nature and Limits
Flow Trade AI provides AI-powered market insights, trade signals, and optional automated trade execution through linked brokerage accounts. The Service is for informational and analytical purposes only.
- Flow Trade AI does not hold or manage your funds; your capital stays in your brokerage or exchange account.
- We connect to your brokerage via API keys with read-only and trade execution rights. These keys do not allow fund withdrawals.
- Past strategy or signal outcomes do not predict future results.
- Trading entails risk, including potential loss of your capital.
4. No Investment Advice
Nothing within the platform Flow Trade AI constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI signals and analytics are for information purposes only. Consult a qualified financial professional before investing. Flow Trade AI is not registered as an investment advisor, broker, or financial planner.
5. Fees and Billing
Certain Service features require paid subscriptions. Fees are detailed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or yearly. Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 14 days of initial payment for new users only.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the Service illegally or against regulations.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the platform's source code.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract Service data.
- Resell or exploit the Service commercially without written permission.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service's functioning or infrastructure.
- Engage in market manipulation, front-running, or other illegal financial practices.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All software, content, algorithms, trademarks, and trade secrets available through the Service belong exclusively to Flow Trade AI or its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to use our trademarks or logos without prior written approval.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Flow Trade AI NO GUARANTEE IS MADE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Liability Limitations
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Flow Trade AI WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Flow Trade AI IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Trade AI and its personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Account Termination
You may close your account anytime from settings or by contacting . We may suspend or end your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your Service access ends and your data may be deleted following our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by New York State laws, without conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria under American Arbitration Association rules. Users in the EU or UK may sue in local courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms anytime. Significant updates will have at least 14 days’ notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
